Filling: Lean ground beef, onions, red pepper, hard boiled, egg, green olives olive oil, ground black pepper, spices, salt.
Pastry: Wheat flour, water, margarine (beef fat), sunflower oil, salt, citric acid, potassium sorbate (used as a preservative).
Empanadas are parbaked and can be heated for 5-10 min in 350˚F oven before enjoying.
